A sturdy and versatile frying pan

Made from carbon steel, you will need to season your Triblinis pan to facilitate food release over time. This natural process will gradually change the color of your MINERAL B pan until it turns black.

Adaptable to all kitchens, the steel Triblinis pan is compatible with all heat sources, including induction. You can also finish cooking or keep your dish warm by placing the pan in the oven for up to 10 minutes at 200°C.
