200 g all-purpose flour (T55) or Italian Tipo 0 flour
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
Edible flowers
A cutting board
Pour the flour onto the work surface and add the salt.
Make a well in the center and add the two eggs.
Knead by hand until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough slightly with a rolling pin, then pass it through the pasta roller until it reaches a thickness of 1 mm.
Cut two rectangular strips of dough.
Arrange the edible flowers on one strip of dough and cover with the second strip.
Pass the dough through the pasta roller again to achieve a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm.
Cut into your desired shape.
Bring salted water to a boil in the saucepan.
Cook the pasta in the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
