FLAMMEKUECHE

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2  tart bases
  • 1 jar of flammekueche cream base
  • 200G smoked breast for making bacon cubes
  • 2 onions
  • A whole munster

Instructions

Cut the smoked breast up to make bacon cubes.


Cut the onions into rings.


Cut slices of munster cheese.


Add some cream base on top of the tart along with the onion rings and cook it on the BBQ for 10 seconds.
Remove it and add the bacon cubes and Munster cheese.

Put it on the BBQ and place a cloche over it.
