The SWING PLUS black mandoline: patented safety and French manufacturing

The SWING PLUS black mandoline, manufactured in France and certified Origine France Garantie, delivers precise and secure slicing thanks to its patented safety system and its sliding carriage integrated into the frame. This carriage enables smooth forward/backward motion with the pusher, without slipping, and accommodates large‑diameter vegetables thanks to its Ø10 cm carriage. Designed for daily use, it combines lightness, stability and perfect control.

The ergonomic protective pusher, suitable for both small and large hands, integrates a powerful spring that pushes food without ever exposing the hand to the blades. It ensures total safety, even during fast or repeated slicing.

Optimized glide and versatile blades

The height‑adjustable stainless steel alveolated ramp reduces contact with food for faster, smoother glide. Thickness adjustment is made via an intuitive knob: a simple press and rotation allow you to raise or lower the ramp with a 0.5 mm increment, up to a maximum thickness of 10 mm. The selected thickness is displayed directly on the knob.

The dual micro‑lobe and crinkle blade offers great versatility: the micro‑lobe side works like a micro‑serrated knife, ideal for firm or delicate fruits and vegetables, while the crinkle side produces wavy or waffle cuts. The mandoline also includes two julienne combs (4 mm and 10 mm), easy to insert and clip into the frame, ensuring clean and regular julienne cuts.

A stable, practical and easy‑to‑maintain mandoline

The composite polymer frame reinforced with fiberglass provides excellent resistance to deformation, appreciated lightness and easy maintenance. The retractable silicone feet enhance stability: the rear stainless steel foot folds for compact storage, and when unfolded, it raises the mandoline to facilitate placing a container underneath. The front silicone feet ensure perfect grip on the work surface.

Versatile and efficient, the SWING PLUS produces smooth slices, wavy slices, waffle cuts and julienne. Hand washing is recommended to preserve blade sharpness; the frame, carriage and pusher are dishwasher‑safe. This design ensures optimal durability and comfortable everyday use.
