Description
A capacity suited for family meals

The AFFINITY professional stainless steel sauté pan 24 cm offers a generous cooking surface for dishes to share: sautéed vegetables, golden meats, or hearty sauces. Its straight edge makes handling easy, and the pouring lip prevents drips on the countertop.

Even and rapid heat distribution

Thanks to its multilayer composition, this 5-ply stainless steel sauté pan heats quickly and distributes heat across the entire body. It allows searing without burning, simmering without sticking, and stopping cooking as soon as it is removed from the heat. True comfort for demanding cooks.

Designed to last and easy to maintain

Made in France, it is compatible with all stovetops, including induction, and is dishwasher safe. Its riveted handle stays cool, even during cooking. Occasional polishing is enough to restore its original shine. A reliable, elegant, and reassuring utensil.

    FAQ

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.

In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
