The SWING PLUS kitchen mandoline stands out with its fresh green colour while maintaining the high standards of French manufacturing, certified Origine France Garantie. Designed for effortless handling, it features a composite polymer frame reinforced with fiberglass, ensuring a lightweight, stable and durable structure. Its integrated sliding carriage provides smooth operation and easily accommodates large vegetables thanks to its Ø10 cm receptacle.

The ergonomic protective pusher plays a key role in safety: its internal spring keeps food firmly in place, allowing slicing without any contact between the hand and the blades, even during fast movements.

A high‑performance ramp and blades suited to all textures

The stainless steel alveolated ramp promotes fast glide by reducing friction zones. Slice thickness is adjusted using a press‑and‑turn knob, enabling progressive height changes in 0.5 mm increments up to 10 mm. The direct thickness reading on the knob makes it easy to control the precision of each cut.

The dual micro‑lobe / crinkle blade offers versatile cutting options: the micro‑lobe side delivers clean cuts on firm or delicate fruits and vegetables, while the crinkle side produces wavy or waffle slices. Two julienne combs (4 mm and 10 mm) complete the set and clip easily into the frame for fine, consistent cuts.

Stability, comfort and simplified maintenance

The retractable silicone feet ensure excellent stability: the rear stainless steel foot folds for compact storage, and once deployed, raises the mandoline to make it easier to collect slices in a container. The front silicone feet provide perfect grip on the work surface.

The SWING PLUS green allows you to create smooth slices, wavy slices, waffle cuts and julienne. To preserve blade sharpness, hand washing is recommended; the frame, carriage and pusher are dishwasher‑safe. Its robust yet lightweight design ensures comfortable and long‑lasting daily use.
