Made in France from steel sheet, the de Buyer MINERAL B frying pan is coated with beeswax to protect it from oxidation and promote seasoning. Before first use, it should be washed with very hot, soapy water and dried thoroughly. All that’s left is to perform the initial seasoning of the de Buyer 26 cm frying pan.
