Designed for generous preparations, the ALCHIMY Ø32 cm stainless steel frying pan offers an exceptional cooking surface, ideal for searing large cuts of meat and preparing family‑sized sautés. Its 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel structure (ferritic stainless steel exterior, aluminium core, AISI 304 stainless steel interior) ensures wide, stable and perfectly even heat distribution, even across this large diameter.
Responsive and precise, it reacts instantly to temperature changes, allowing perfect control of browning, reduction or the simultaneous cooking of multiple ingredients. A frying pan designed for demanding cooks who need both space and power.

Crafted in full multilayer construction, without an added base, the ALCHIMY Ø32 cm frying pan harnesses the full performance of 3‑ply: rapid heat‑up, uniform diffusion from centre to edge, and the complete absence of hot spots. Even over high heat, cooking remains consistent and perfectly controlled.
Its watertight tubular handle, riveted and French‑curved, provides a stable and comfortable grip while heating more slowly than a solid handle.
Thanks to its ferritic stainless steel exterior, it is compatible with all stovetops: gas, electric, ceramic glass and induction. It is also flash‑oven compatible and dishwasher‑safe, making it as robust as it is practical for everyday use.

Crafted in our Val‑d’Ajol manufacture, in the heart of the Vosges, the ALCHIMY Ø32 cm frying pan embodies our longstanding expertise in multilayer stainless steel. Each piece is shaped, assembled and inspected in our workshops, ensuring flawless quality and exceptional durability.
An outstanding frying pan, designed for generous cooking, powerful searing and ambitious preparations — an essential for those who want to cook big, with precision, using a truly French‑made utensil.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.
In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.
AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
