Compact yet powerful, the ALCHIMY Ø16 cm stainless steel stewpot is the ideal utensil for preparing individual portions or small slow‑cooked dishes: lentils, sauces, compotes or soups. Enjoy the versatility of stainless steel, perfectly suited to gentle vegetable cooking as well as higher‑temperature preparations.
Thanks to its 3‑ply multilayer stainless steel structure (ferritic stainless steel exterior, aluminium core, AISI 304 stainless steel interior), heat spreads evenly throughout the height of the stewpot, ensuring consistent heat transmission for perfectly controlled cooking.

Crafted in full multilayer stainless steel, without an added base, the ALCHIMY Ø16 cm stewpot harnesses the full power of 3‑ply: rapid heat‑up and uniform diffusion from the centre to the sides. Ideal for long simmering, reducing a sauce or gently reheating a dish.
Equipped with two riveted handles, this stainless steel stewpot offers a stable and comfortable grip. Compatible with all stovetops (gas, electric, ceramic glass and induction), the ALCHIMY Ø16 cm stewpot is also oven‑safe with no temperature limit.
For maintenance, nothing could be easier: this ALCHIMY stewpot is dishwasher‑safe, making everyday use effortless.

Entirely made in our manufacture in the heart of the Vosges, the ALCHIMY Ø16 cm stewpot reflects our longstanding expertise in multilayer stainless steel. Each piece is shaped, assembled and inspected in our workshops, ensuring flawless quality and exceptional durability.

AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel refer to the same type of stainless steel, the one suitable for food contact. AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) is an international standard used to classify stainless steels.
In everyday use, stainless steel is more commonly referred to as 18/10; the “10” represents the percentage of nickel in the alloy. The AISI 304 specification requires between 8% and 10% nickel. For everyday kitchen use, there is no difference in durability or ageing between 8% and 10% nickel.
AISI 304 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel therefore indicate the same quality of stainless steel. However, we prefer to use the term AISI 304 stainless steel, as it is the “official” designation for this alloy.
