The Ø2 mm perforations play a key role: they allow heat to circulate quickly and evenly, ensuring crisp tart bases and uniform colouring. This diameter is particularly suited to classic tarts, generous quiches or extra‑large cookies to share.

This tart ring has been created to simplify the entire preparation process. The perforations help moisture escape efficiently, reducing the risk of soggy pastry — even with juicy fruits or rich fillings. The straight edge guides the dough as it rises, giving a clean, even finish after baking.
