Its Ø2 mm perforations ensure even heat distribution, producing crisp tart bases, beautifully golden edges and uniform baking. This diameter is ideal for tarts, quiches or XXL cookies.

Thanks to its perforated design, this ring optimizes hot-air circulation and speeds up baking by up to 20% compared with a classic ring. Moisture escapes more easily, preventing soggy pastry and ensuring a crisp texture throughout.
The straight edge creates clean, regular contours, while the external weld preserves the look of your creations by preventing marks on the dough.
